Danny called me on the phone one evening in October 2002 to tell me had found an old PPV in a farmer's field in Bug Tussle, AL and was planning to restore it from a dismal state of neglect.  Here are some of the details and pictures.  He did the restoration in only a few weeks.

 Nick,
The rear tires I found at a local lawn mower repair shop. They are 2 ply and are used for the rear tires of a Yazoo self-propel walk behind mower. Other brands probably use this same size. I have not went to pick them up, probably do that tomorrow during lunch. They are for a 16" rim. The size of the tire is 16 x 2.125.  Also I attached a couple pictures of the front fork. As you can see this ones been treated a little bad over the years. I'll send you a picture after the repair is completed. The lady's father I bought the car from had bought a old tractor & equipment from a farmer who owned the car. The farmer gave the car to him. The town that they live in is Bug Tussle, Alabama and that is where I found the car, in the weeds around some of his junk.  Please use any info & pictures that you feel would be benificial to anyone else. Let me pick up the rear tires & confirm that they will work before you put that bit of info out.  Also you can paraphrase & reword anything that you need to.  I almost finished reworking the fork assembly last night & it appears that it is going to work out fine.

Sorry about taking so long to get these to you but things have a little busy lately. Rear  tires are 20 x 2.125 that I purchased at a lawnmower repair facility. They are used on the rear of some walk behind mowers. They are holding up real well after all the riding the children have done.  The rear reflectors are what happens when you are a Corvette fan!
